In June 2021, Mirena and Company was engaged to raise capital for lobbying efforts supporting the passage of the Camp Lejeune Justice Act, part of the broader PACT Act of 2022.

Recognizing the urgency of this legislative push, we leveraged our deep expertise in litigation finance to empower strategic efforts advocating for justice for those affected by toxic water exposure at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune.

Reviving a Stalled Legal Effort
