Rush has been working in the financial services industry for over a decade. He began his career working with large institutional investors in New York City before shifting his focus to serving high-net-worth individuals at Merrill Lynch. Since 2018, he has been active in the settlement industry, guiding clients who have received legal settlements and personal injury awards toward long-term financial security.

Rush is a Registered Settlement Planner, Investment Advisor Representative, and licensed insurance agent. In addition to providing comprehensive financial guidance, he has built a trusted network of CPAs, estate planning attorneys, family law attorneys, and health insurance consultants to ensure every aspect of his clients’ financial lives is thoughtfully planned. He also has extensive experience collaborating with trust attorneys and corporate trustees to establish a wide range of trusts, including special needs trusts, while working closely with trustees and beneficiaries nationwide.

Rush earned his MBA from the University of Missouri, near where he grew up. He currently resides in Manhattan with his wife, Perrin, their daughter, Matilda, and their yellow lab, Truman.

An avid sports fan, Rush can often be found sporting Mizzou gear in support of his Tigers.
